We dispatch orders very quickly:

98% of orders placed before 11:59 AM IST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time are shipped on the next business day.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, only if there is a valid issue such as:

Wrong product received
Wrong quantity received
Damaged item received
Missing items in the parcel

Important Conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Boxes, seals, tags, and labels must be intact.
Used or seal-opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.
Your video must show:

Outer packaging
Packing belt/tape
Box condition from all sides
Inside contents
Product seal clearly

Without this video proof, returns/refunds cannot be processed.

Free Promotional Items

If your order included free gifts (t-shirt, shaker, samples, etc.), these must also be returned to receive a full refund.
If free items are not returned, a partial refund will be issued.

After your return request is approved and the product is picked up:
