ANO Nutrition offers 100% free shipping across India. You only pay for the product price — there are no hidden delivery charges.
1.2 Order Processing Time
- 98% of orders placed before 11:59 AM IST are dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:59 AM IST are shipped on the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
1.3 Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 Business Days
Delivery timelines may slightly vary due to courier network delays, remote locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we always ensure fast and secure delivery.

3. Return & Refund Policy
At ANO Nutrition, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. Due to hygiene and safety reasons (especially for supplements), we follow a strict return policy.
3.1 Return Eligibility (Within 3 Days of Delivery)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect quantity received
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
Important Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- Original packaging, seals, labels, and tags must be intact.
- Seal-opened or used products are strictly non-returnable.
3.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to approve any return or refund request.
Your video must clearly show:
- Outer courier packaging
- Packing belt/tape condition
- Box condition from all sides
- Inside contents clearly visible
- Product seal and label
Note: Without valid video proof, return and refund requests cannot be processed.
3.3 Free Promotional Items
If your order included free gifts (e.g., shaker, t-shirt, samples, etc.), those items must also be returned to receive a full refund.
If free promotional items are not returned, a partial refund will be issued after deduction.
